Managing and Cancelling your subscription
To cancel your subscription, simply log into your account online or via the app and head to account and then subscriptions. You can manage your subscription, upgrade or downgrade your subscription or cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date to stop any further payments being taken. Your subscription is paid upfront and will remain active for the duration of the subscription period even if cancelled. Your subscription will end the day before the next billing date if cancelled within the current subscription period.
Example; You have a monthly subscription which started on Feb 1st. Your subscription fee will be taken on the first of every month until further notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time and the next month’s payment will not come our and your subscription will end at the end of that month. If you cancel on 14th March, your subscription will run until the day before the next billing period (31st March) and the next payment will not be taken on April 1st. You will still have all access to the content for March as this subscription was paid upfront on March 1st.
Please get in touch with our billing team to request a refund. email@example.com. Once content is consumed, the subscription fee is unable to be refunded for any reason. By watching any of the paid content on Signature Series you agree that your subscription contract has started and no refunds after this point will be authorized.
Payments older than 28 days cannot be disputed. It is your responsibility to ensure you manage your account and payments.
