When subscribing you're agreeing to the following:
1. These Terms govern your use of the Signature Series Services, including all functionalities, features, Streaming Services, audio, visual, written media, PDF, Website links and user interfaces, and all content and software associated with the Services as provided by KD Cosmetics Ltd Trading as Signature Series (the “Company”).

The Company will investigate occurrences that may involve such violations and may involve, and cooperate with law enforcement entities in prosecuting users who are involved in such violations.

1.2 You are solely responsible for the information you input or upload to the Services, and warrant and represent you have the right and authorisation to register for the Services and post User Generated Content. The Company reserves the right in its sole discretion to decide whether the information you input or upload is appropriate and complies with the Terms of Service, other Company policies, and applicable laws and regulations.

1.3 You agree that to access and use these services you are at least 13 (thirteen) years of age and have the bill payers permission to sign up for our paid services.
1.4 By subscribing you agree to pay for the subscription upfront for the time of the chosen subscription

1.5.1 By consuming any paid content whether audio or visual, you are commencing the contract of your subscription and agree that no refunds after this time will be permitted.
1.5.2 Discount codes are only valid for your first payment. For example a monthly subscription you will receive 20% off your first month, then the payment will go back up to the normal price. Annual the discount will be applied to the full amount.
1.6 You agree to cancel your subscription by giving at least 24 hours notice before the next billing date in order not to be charged for the next billing cycle. You agree when signing up to any of our subscriptions, you will be responsible for cancelling before auto-renewal
1.6.1 You agree to give notice of your cancellation by logging into your account and cancelling within the manage subscription section. Emails or calls regarding cancellation are not sufficient notices of cancellation.
1.6.2 Payments older than 28 days cannot be disputed nor will be refunded.
